George Stathopoulos launched his career in the cruise industry at Medov Spa, a leading shore services and cruise sales agency based in Genoa, Italy. Through his tenure at Medov, he acquired extensive expertise in cruise marketing and sales, which paved the way for his ascent to senior executive and CEO positions with several prominent cruise lines, including Festival, Celebrity, Royal Caribbean, Royal Olympic, Arcalia, and Louis (now known as Celestyal). Most recently, he served as the exclusive cruise consultant for FTI.

Building on his solid reputation as an international cruising and market specialist, George transitioned into a successful freelance career in cruise charter brokering. His extensive network and deep understanding of the industry allow him to provide invaluable insights and strategies to his clients. Additionally, he collaborates closely with a team of associate experts on various comprehensive cruise consulting initiatives and cruise operation startup projects.

In response to the evolving demands of the cruise sector, George founded First Cruise Center (FCC), where he continues to leverage his vast experience and industry knowledge. He divides his time between Athens and his hometown of Genoa, ensuring that he remains connected to both the Mediterranean and international cruise markets.
